1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use altosflow.com or work with AltosFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

For client projects, the written proposal, quote, or contract we both agree on sets the scope, price, and timeline. If it conflicts with these terms, that document wins.

2. Our services

We design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps, and related software for clients — as agency projects or freelance work — and we publish our own apps and digital products on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Information on this website — including service descriptions and any timelines or prices mentioned — is general and is not an offer until confirmed in writing.

3. Projects, payments and changes

• Work starts after the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.
• Payments are due as set out in the proposal or invoice. We may pause work if payments are overdue.
• Work outside the agreed scope is a change request and may affect cost and timeline; we will confirm it with you before starting.
• Timelines depend on receiving your content, feedback, and approvals on time.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Our apps

• You must give correct details when you create an account, and keep your login safe.
• Paid features and subscriptions show their price before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. Purchases made inside an app through Google Play or the App Store also follow that store's terms.
• Each app may have its own privacy policy and terms on its app page; they add to these terms.
• Do not misuse the apps — no illegal content, spam, or attempts to break or reverse-engineer them. We may suspend accounts that do.
• You can delete your account at any time, as explained on each app's delete-account page.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
• Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos, or data you give us.
• Keep your account passwords, hosting, and third-party service credentials secure.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

• Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you.
• We keep ownership of our pre-existing code, tools, and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project.
• Open-source libraries and third-party services stay under their own licences and terms.
• Unless you ask us not to, we may mention the project and show non-confidential screenshots in our portfolio.

7. Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, app stores, or email providers. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control, and their fees are usually paid by you.

8. Support and warranty

We fix bugs in our own work that are reported within the support period stated in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance, new features, or issues caused by later changes by others are billed separately unless agreed otherwise.

This website and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only to deliver your project. We are happy to sign a separate NDA if you need one.

11. Using this website

Please do not misuse the website — for example, by sending spam through the contact form, trying to break its security, or copying its content and design without permission.

12. Ending a project

Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over the completed work once it is paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through a friendly conversation first.

14. Changes to these terms
