1. Who we are
AltosFlow ("we", "us", "our") builds websites, web apps and mobile apps for clients (including freelance projects), and publishes its own apps and digital products on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit altosflow.com, use our apps, or pay us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum we need to run this website and reply to you.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the type of project you choose, and your message.
- Email conversations: if you email us or we reply to your enquiry, we keep that correspondence.
- Our apps: when you create an account, we store the details you give (such as name, email or phone number) and the data you create in the app. Each app has its own privacy policy and describes extra data it needs in its store listing (Google Play Data safety / App Store privacy details).
- Security logs: your IP address and basic request details are logged by our servers to block spam and abuse.
We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay), which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
- To provide our apps, keep your account working, and give support.
- To process payments, send invoices, and handle refunds.
- To keep the website secure — for example, limiting repeated form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
6. How long we keep data
- Contact messages and related emails: for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any project we work on together, after which we delete them on request or when no longer needed.
- App accounts: until you delete your account (each app's page explains how).
- Payment and invoice records: up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted admin access, and rate limiting to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and fix issues quickly.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing altosflow.dev@gmail.com. To delete an app account, follow the steps on that app's delete-account page. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Complaints and grievances: if you are unhappy with how we handled your data, email altosflow.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Grievance". We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are meant for adults. In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information without that consent, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our social profiles or products we have built. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
